The legendary blues guitarist has announced recently his performance at Umbria Jazz festival in Perugia (Italy), next 17th of July.
Festival’s website didn’t reveal who was the “special guest” joining Beck on stage until yesterday.
Finally the exclusive was revealed yesterday evening about his musical partner was going to be Depp himself, who, despite being known by his cinematographic career, has developed his own musical path, mainly as a member of the Hollywood Vampires rock band.
Beck and Depp had worked together previously during the pandemic, when they released a single named “Isolation”.
Depp had already revealed part of the exclusive during his visit to Spain for the San Sebastián International Film Festival, when a fan asked him whether if he was planning to go back on stage soon. The actor said, to everyone’s surprise, he would join Beck on 2022 for his European tour.
Now we can only hope they reveal more tour dates around Europe and luckily we can see Johnny in Spain again.
